ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Sarawakian

Degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.80 or professional qualification equivalent to degree

Age 20-30 years old

Must be unemployed at the time of application

Pass the interview prior to GETS-WRP admission

Have not participated in any previous GETS programme
KEY FEATURES
1. Career Enhancement Skills Programme (CESP) - 3 Months
The first phase of the program is a 3-month Career Enhancement Skills Programme (CESP) designed to provide participants with critical soft skills and work-readiness knowledge. This program comprises four core modules:

Emotional Intelligence and Social Etiquette

Value-driven Professional

The Art of Business and Applied Entrepreneurship

Communication Skills at Work and Teambuilding Bootcamp
2. Internship/On-the-job Training - 9 Months
Following the CESP, participants are placed into a 9-month internship/on-the-job training at one of GETS-WRP’s partner organizations. Interns will gain real-world experience in a professional environment, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
